ABOUT ME
I help PhDs and postdocs transition from academia into competitive data science and machine learning roles in tech. After finishing my PhD work in cognitive neuroscience at the University of California, Davis, I completed the highly selective Insight Data Science Fellowship and then became Program Director for its remote data science program, where I helped place more than 100 PhD and postdocs into industry roles. My background includes experience in Python, SQL, machine learning, experimental design, and interview preparation for top tech companies. I later worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Apple and now serve as a Senior Data Scientist at Harvard University.I specialize in helping STEM PhDs translate academic research experience into compelling industry narratives, competitive resumes, and successful careers in data science, AI, and machine learning.
